Used shipping containers have been in use for a while. This does not mean that a used container can no longer be used. We repair our containers so that they are wind and waterproof. In addition, all of our containers are painted before they leave the depot. Would you like a container without any signs of use? Then we recommend a new container.

No, Eveon only sells standard container types because we believe that you can only do something very well if you focus fully on it.

If you click on the link for the container type, you will immediately see the price that you pay in our online shop. Of course, the price depends on both the size and the quality. In our online shop we offer both new and used 20ft, 40ft and 40ft high cube containers. Also read our in-depth article: What does a sea container cost?

You can only choose a colour for new containers. Since used containers in the depots are not sorted by colour, you cannot select a colour for these containers.

You can easily have your container delivered via our website. All you have to do is enter your postcode, which will automatically calculate our shipping costs for shipping from the nearest depot. So you always pay the best price. When paying, you can state your special wishes in the specially designed text field so that our forwarding agent knows where the container can best be dropped off.

Of course, you can also talk to the forwarding agent briefly.

After your order, containers can be collected on working days on the next working day from your chosen depot. Would you prefer to have the container delivered to you? Delivery takes place within three working days (depending on the location where you need the container). You can choose the delivery time yourself at the checkout.

At Eveon, it is currently not yet possible to buy containers on account. This payment method will be added soon. Then you will receive a digital invoice within 24 hours of placing your order. You can then transfer the invoice amount to our account. As soon as we have received payment, the container is released and is available within an hour.

Our online shop is an encrypted environment. This means that all of your personal data are protected and impossible to access. The software on our website is up to date. Read more about the protection of your personal data in our data protection declaration and our General Terms and Conditions.

At Eveon, you can easily pay online with the payment method of your choice. Safe and fast, as it should be. We offer payment by credit card, Sofort and PayPal through our partner Adyen. Are you missing a certain other payment method? Let us know and we will check whether we can implement this soon.

After placing your order, you will receive an e-mail with the CSC certification of the container(s) you have chosen as soon as it/they has/have left the depot.

We are working hard on our “My Eveon” environment with which you can easily view your CSC certification digitally on our platform.

Eveon Containers can be easily reached via the contact page either digitally or by phone. The office hours of our customer service are: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. Eveon believes in transparency. Since we work completely digitally and deliver directly to our customers, we avoid unnecessary intermediaries. With our completely digital operation, we reduce our fixed costs. Our process is fully automated and is therefore a novelty on the container market.

The sale of refrigerated containers is a speciality relating to the maintenance of refrigeration equipment. That’s why Eveon is only selling standard container types at this moment because we believe that you can only do something very well if you focus fully on it.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. We strive to respond to your question within 15 minutes. If you send us an e-mail, you can expect an answer within 24 hours on working days.

Eveon tries to offset the CO2 emissions per kilometre driven. To this end, we support initiatives that promote carbon offsetting. This includes working for a greener society and other initiatives. You don’t have to do anything else. We compensate for the kilometres driven and regularly share this CO2 compensation in our news.
