Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
Upon delivery, our driver will:
- Perform a Best in Class Eight-Point Quality Inspection
- Confirm that the container meets our quality standards
- Sign Quality Inspection with the customer
In the first 365 Days if your container is deemed NOT Wind & Watertight, Eveon will:
- Reimburse the customer for the reasonable cost of repairs by a qualified welder;
- Provide an industry standard repair patch so you may repair the Container; or
- Swap the Container.
After 366 Days if your container is deemed NOT Wind & Watertight, Eveon will:
- Send a patch to repair the damage at no cost to the customer.
*Pickup Disclaimer: If you select to pick up your used containers from the local depot, you are not subject to the Limited Lifetime Warranty from Eveon Containers. Under the Pickup Container Terms & Conditions, any claim that the container is not WWT must be reported to Eveon by email to info.usa@eveoncontainers.com within five (5) business days. What “Wind & Watertight” Means
A Wind & Watertight container means a container that is designed to prevent wind and water from entering, protecting what’s inside from the elements. More specifically, every 20’ and 40’ container from Eveon is sealed so that rain, wind and dust cannot leak inside under normal conditions.

What You Can Expect from an Eveon Container
The Container Seals are Intact
The door seal gaskets secure the moving door parts of the shipping container:

The door gaskets will show no daylight from the interior of the container outward.

The retainer strip holding the door gaskets will be intact and secured.

The Container Doors will Open & Close
For properly placed and leveled containers, you can expect:
- The doors to be able to be fully opened and peeled back.

The Floor is Intact & in Good Condition
All container floors are inspected to ensure they can provide a secure environment for storing and protecting goods:
- Flooring will not show holes, especially through to the undercarriage.
- Delamination may be present but will not exceed multiple layers. The floor should not be "spongy" but may have some rebound when weight is applied.
- Holes and excessive delamination will be repaired with a wooden or steel plate.
- Crossmembers are checked in conjunction with flooring. No broken welds should be present.
The Door Hardware has no Malfunctions
To close and lock the container from outside elements, you can expect:
- The lock rods rotate to open & close, in order to lock or unlock the latch cams from their keepers.
- Rods may be bent or have slight damage; however, they should be fully functional to open and close container doors.
- The door handle can be set inside the handle.

Frequently asked questions about the Quality Guarantee
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, odors, or damage resulting from impacts or accidents after delivery. Please carefully follow our container placement instructions. This guarantee does not apply to containers that have been improperly placed or modified. Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for transport or storage.
We ask that you inform us of any issues within 5 business days after pickup or delivery by submitting the container issue form. Our Container Quality Experts will promptly address your concerns, aiming to provide a solution within 3 working days.
During the delivery of your container, you will carefully inspect it together with the trucker and fill out the Quality Inspection Form. This form ensures that the delivered container meets the required quality standards. Since some defects may be discovered after some time, we provide a 5-day period in which you can submit a complaint about the quality of your container. Our quality standards include ensuring that the container is wind and watertight with no holes, that the seals appear intact, that the floor is intact and in good condition, and that the container doors open, close, and latch properly. Additionally, we ensure that the door handles are intact.
