## Our Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage
**Upon delivery, our driver will:**
- Perform a _Best in Class_ Eight-Point Quality Inspection
- Confirm that the container meets our quality standards
- Sign Quality Inspection with the customer
**In the first 365 Days** if your container is deemed NOT Wind & Watertight, Eveon will:
- Reimburse the customer for the reasonable cost of repairs by a qualified welder;
- Provide an industry standard repair patch so you may repair the Container; or
- Swap the Container.
**After 366 Days** if your container is deemed NOT Wind & Watertight, Eveon will:
- Send a patch to repair the damage at no cost to the customer.

- ### The Floor is Intact & in Good Condition All [container floors](https://www.eveoncontainers.com/en-US/news/market-insights/what-is-a-container-made-of) are inspected to ensure they can provide a secure environment for storing and protecting goods: - Flooring will not show holes, especially through to the undercarriage. - Delamination may be present but will not exceed multiple layers. The floor should not be "spongy" but may have some rebound when weight is applied. - Holes and excessive delamination will be repaired with a wooden or steel plate. - Crossmembers are checked in conjunction with flooring. No broken welds should be present.
- ### The Door Hardware has no Malfunctions To close and lock the container from outside elements, you can expect: - The lock rods rotate to open & close, in order to lock or unlock the latch cams from their keepers. - Rods may be bent or have slight damage; however, they should be fully functional to open and close container doors. - The door handle can be set inside the handle.

- This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, odors, or damage resulting from impacts or accidents after delivery. Please carefully follow our container placement instructions. This guarantee does not apply to containers that have been improperly placed or modified. Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for transport or storage.

Our Container Quality Experts will promptly address your concerns, aiming to provide a solution within 3 working days.
- During the delivery of your container, you will carefully inspect it together with the trucker and fill out the Quality Inspection Form. This form ensures that the delivered container meets the required quality standards. Since some defects may be discovered after some time, we provide a 5-day period in which you can submit a complaint about the quality of your container. Our quality standards include ensuring that the container is wind and watertight with no holes, that the seals appear intact, that the floor is intact and in good condition, and that the container doors open, close, and latch properly. Additionally, we ensure that the door handles are intact.
