## Cargo Worthy vs. Wind & Watertight Container

**Cargo Worthy (CW)** containers are maintained and repaired to a higher standard, which means they can be transported by truck, rail, and barge. Overseas shipping is a different story: a CW container can only go overseas if it carries a valid CSC certification. Eveon's CW containers are not sold with a CSC certificate.
**Wind and Watertight (WWT)** containers have fewer transport options. They can be moved by truck, but they aren't approved for rail, barge, or overseas shipping. If you need to move goods long distances or across multiple transport methods, a CW container is the better fit.

CSC stands for the International Convention for Safe Containers. A CSC inspection certifies that a container meets the safety standards required for shipping on cargo and container vessels. If you plan to use your container for storage or move it inland by truck, you don't need a CSC certification. In those cases, a WWT container will do the job just fine.
