Before founding Eveon in 2020, Aad spent over two decades building digital and commercial strategy inside companies facing disruption — from launching challenger telecom brands like Ben and Telfort, to driving growth during the liberalization of the Dutch energy market at Eneco, to serving as Chief Digital Officer and Vice President at CARU Group, where he led global digital transformation and built out sales operations in Rotterdam, Antwerp, and Boston. His background is rooted in direct marketing, giving him a data-first, results-driven approach to every strategic decision
